Easy Recipe of the Week: Baked Ravioli

Why I love this recipe:

It is only three ingredients and incredibly easy to put together. I usually serve it with a salad and call it weeknight gourmet!


16 oz - Ravioli (your choice)

12 oz - Grated Cheese (your choice - I love a mixture of mozzarella and parmesan)

25 oz - Pasta Sauce (your choice)


1. Preheat oven to 375 F

2. Place enough sauce to fully cover the bottom of an 8"x8" pan

3. Place 8oz of ravioli in the pan in an even layer

4. Cover the ravioli with half of the remaining sauce and half of the cheese

5. Repeat with the remaining ravioli, sauce and cheese

6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes

7. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cooked through and bubbling
