The closet is complete!! I can't believe what a difference it has made to the overall function and look of the closet!
Here's where we started:
I moved the dresser (that was falling apart) out and moved some old bookshelves in. It looks really ugly now, but just stick with me here....
Using MDF trim, I gave the cabinets and pre-existing closet organizer a built-in look.
Once that was complete, the addition of some paint (Silver City by Behr), black curtain rods, and some wood grain black contact paper completely finished off the space.
